Coating Application Possibilities

A wide range of standard coating nozzles and air-atomizing spray devices, whether combined with pneumatic control options like the HydroPulse or not, enables us to provide a solution for your application. BETE offers a wide range of spray series that can be used in coating. These are designed for the most uniform coverage possible and with minimal chance of dripping. Generally, the XA series (air atomizers) is suitable for thicker, more viscous substances, and the NF and BJ series for thinner, less viscous substances. Coating is applied in various food processing systems. Some examples of applications in the food industry include:
- Greasing baking trays
- Coating dough to prevent shortening during baking
- Spraying color and flavoring agents, preservatives, or disinfectants
