EXAIR ECF Electronic Flow Control
EXAIR’s EFC™ is a user-friendly electronic air flow control for compressed air, designed to minimize compressed air consumption in blowing, drying, cooling, transporting, and static elimination processes. The EFC combines a photoelectric sensor with a timing control that limits the use of compressed air by shutting off the air control valve when no part is present. This ensures that no compressed air is consumed when it's not needed, contributing to significant savings.
The timing control makes it easy to adjust the EFC to the specific application requirements, with flexibility in the distance at which the sensor operates. The EFC is available for applications with an airflow of up to 350 SCFM and can contribute to more efficient use of compressed air in a wide range of industrial processes.
