Drying and Air Blow-off

In many industrial processes, water must be removed from bulk materials or accumulated water from the surface of a product. BETE air nozzles make this process simple, effective, and versatile, as compressed air is blown through a nozzle to produce a flat, fan-shaped airflow. EXAIR's air knives and nozzles also offer various options for blowing dry.
How does blowing dry work in practice?
High-speed compressed air systems remove dust, dirt, and heavier materials such as metal shavings. Blowing dry is a process commonly found in industries that dry bottles, labels, and packages, detect parts, or remove shavings.
Thin layers of liquid can be removed as the airflow physically displaces water droplets and removes them from a surface, while a mist of dry air also evaporates water. Compressed air systems are particularly effective at removing liquids or residues from surfaces, as they will not scratch or damage the object being dried like other drying systems do. Furthermore, objects with irregular shapes and sizes can be dried or cleaned by the air nozzles without the need for special tools or fixtures.
