EXAIR EasySwitch™ Wet-Dry Vac
The EXAIR EasySwitch vacuum system simplifies switching between vacuuming solid particles to liquids and vice versa. The EXAIR EasySwitch system uses a minimal amount of compressed air while generating a strong suction power that is ideal for any application; dry or wet, light or heavy.
EXAIR Reversible Drum Vac Series – Reversible Drum Pumps
Suctioning and/or pumping liquids (including solids) without a pump is possible with the EXAIR Reversible Drum Vac. You only need compressed air to vacuum or blow out a 200-liter drum in 90 seconds. Highly suitable for industrial environments. Also available in special versions for sucking coolant with machining waste (Chip Trapper) from a lathe. The solid parts (machining waste) are filtered out of the liquid immediately, allowing the coolant to be reused.
EXAIR Heavy Duty Dry Vac and HEPA Vac
The EXAIR Heavy Duty Dry Vac and EXAIR Heavy Duty HEPA Vac transform standard 30, 55, or 110-gallon drums into powerful industrial vacuums. The EXAIR Heavy Duty Dry Vac is designed to vacuum more dry material in less time and with less wear. The EXAIR Heavy Duty HEPA Vac offers the same powerful suction and comes equipped with a HEPA filter. The EXAIR Heavy Duty HEPA Vac is recommended in very dusty environments.
EXAIR Chip Vac Series – Chip Vacuums
The EXAIR Chip Vac chip vacuum is a compressed air industrial vacuum. No wearing and burning motors, no electricity needed, and available with collection drums from 20 to 200 liters in capacity. EXAIR Chip Vac chip vacuums can suck up both wet and dry chips. The chips are pumped directly into a collection drum. The air is expelled from the drum through a filter bag.
EXAIR Chip Trapper
The patented Chip Trapper provides a quick and easy way to filter solid particles from used (coolant) liquids. The Chip Trapper vacuums the liquid along with all contaminants from the reservoir and captures all solid particles in a reusable filter. The filtered liquid can then be pumped back. The Chip Trapper is ideal for machines with reservoirs where contaminated liquids mixed with solid particles are stored.
