Electric Hydropulse Nozzles
The electric hydropulse nozzles provided by BETE are a fantastic alternative that operates at 24V DC voltage, eliminating the need for compressed air. These highly efficient nozzles can deliver up to 150 on/off pulses per second, offering unparalleled control over the spraying process. Just like their pneumatic counterparts, they can be equipped with BJ, BJH, and CW spray tips. BETE has designed two specific variations to cater to different industry requirements: the EHP series, ideal for hygienic food applications due to its safe design, and the EHPI series, perfect for industrial and economic use. Their flow rate remains adjustable without impacting the pressure or changing the spray pattern, which is crucial for maintaining consistent performance in various applications.
FLEXFLOW™ (FLX) Nozzle Control
For advanced automation, BETE offers its FLEXFLOW™ nozzle control system, which is available pre-configured for automated control of Electric HydroPulse nozzles and solenoid valves. This control system enhances operational efficiency by allowing different setups, depending on your requirements. The FlexFlow control comes in several versions, providing flexibility for various applications. This includes the FlexFlow 1000, which supports two groups of nozzles, and options that extend to FlexFlow 2000-v1, v2, and v3, which can manage up to 20 individually controlled nozzles.
