Technical characteristics
The MB Mounting Brackets are specially designed to facilitate rapid and economically convenient installations of other accessories and nozzles which require additional unthreaded holes bored at the right points on the same pipes in order to avoid pipe substitution.
Construction
This is composed of two split-clamps modelled by means of metal pressing and are thick enough to eliminate any deformation when assembled in position with their tightened-up twin-srews. It also has a threaded Gas parallel (BSPP - UNI 338) female or male outlet serving as a connecting body which presses-up the curve-surfaced gasket seat onto the cylindrical pipe to guarantee leak-proof fixing as well as the appropriate resistance against most of the industrial chemical solutions.
Standard materials
The two split-clamps and the twin screws are produced in stainless steel AISI 316. The connector bodies are supplied in brass, stainless steel AISI 303, stainless steel AISI 316 and PVC. Gasket seat in PVC. Different product materials are obtainable under specific request.
