BETE HydroWhirl® Orbitor 100 (HWO100) compact series

The HydroWhirl® Orbitor is a versatile tank cleaning machine designed for high-performance cleaning efficiency to extend operating life and reduce lifecycle costs. Its high-impact jet pattern provides complete spray coverage for large industrial and sanitary tanks, as well as for tank truck washing. The high-impact solid jet flows easily remove tough residues. Rotating jets utilize the spray medium, flowing through internal cogwheels to rotate sets of high-impact jet nozzles in an efficient 2-axle orbital pattern, ensuring complete 360° tank cleaning coverage. The jet nozzles used in these assemblies offer significantly more impact and collision force than other types of tank cleaning nozzles, making them ideal for cleaning stubborn residues and larger tanks.

The HydroWhirl® Orbitor is a rotating jet nozzle designed for fast and powerful cleaning, capable of reaching up to 15 meters. It fits through a 4" (ø100 mm) opening and weighs 2.5 kg. An ATEX version is also available. The nozzle features a 4-point jet (available in 3 sizes) and is made of stainless steel 316(L), PEEK, and carbon-filled PTFE. The sprayer is uniquely simple, practically maintenance-free, and can be serviced within 15 minutes. It is ideal for use in larger tanks and areas where cleaning stubborn residues is challenging.

This nozzle is highly suitable for the food and beverage industry, breweries, and the dairy, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries. It is also ideal for IBC cleaning and cleaning the central mixer in the concrete mortar industry.
