Product description

The HydroWhirl® Orbitor is a versatile tank cleaning machine designed for high-performance cleaning efficiency to extend operating life and reduce life cycle costs. High impact jet pattern provides complete spray coverage for large industrial and sanitary tanks and tank truck washing. High-impact solid jet flows easily remove difficult soils. The nozzle is easy to repair on site and is self-cleaning and self-lubricating. Ideal for use in larger tanks and where the product is difficult to clean. Designed with minimal moving parts for longer life and less downtime.

Suitable for tanks with a diameter of up to 40 meters. Fits through an orifice of 5" (ø125mm), weight 6 kg. 2 or 4 point jet nozzles (available in 5 sizes). The nozzle is made of stainless steel 316 (L), PEEK and carbon filled PTFE. In hygienic version (polished 0.5µ Ra) or industrial version (polished 0.2µ Ra).

Flow rates in the table are in liters per minute, at the stated pressure difference in bar (density: 1 SG)
