Product description
A limited number of large-diameter orifices create heavy straight jets that disperse using specially designed deflection cups. These deflection cups are designed with a slot to help break the jets into a uniform 360° omnidirectional spray pattern. Due to the operation with low pressure/high flow rate it cleans tank walls expeditiously to reduce overall water consumption compared to a static sprayball.
Unique patented clog-resistant design without moving parts. The nozzle allows passage of particles with a diameter of ¼", which is three times the free passage of comparable sprayballs. Standard version in stainless steel 316L, suitable for sanitary use. Designed for industrial or hygienic small to medium sized tanks. Fits through the opening of a diameter of 63.5mm (HC-42) or 76mm (HC-100). Clip-on nozzles have a locking pin with a low profile for a secure connection. Two versions: HC-42 (166 l/min at 3 bar) and HC-100 (394 l/min at 3 bar).
