BETE HydroWhirl®-S (HWS ) series - stainless steel 316

Improves efficiency and reduces waste thanks to HWS rotating spray nozzles designed to clean IBC trays, drums, barrels and medium-sized industrial or hygienic tanks. Cleans faster and uses less water and less pressure than static spray balls. Less flow and pressure mean a smaller pump size, resulting in lower operating costs. The surface finish is ideal for sanitary applications. The HydroWhirl® S tank cleaning nozzle directs the water for cleaning through a rotating head at the tip of the spray assembly and produces a vigorously moving spray action against all parts of the walls of a tank. The spray pattern of the HydroWhirl ® S-nozzle uses impact and repetition to wash tanks expeditiously. The HydroWhirl® S is made entirely of stainless steel 316L, with a double ball-bearing in stainless steel 316 and is suitable for tanks with a maximum diameter of 5 meters. Available in many different sizes for tailor-made solutions as well as in various coverages (180° - 270° - 360°). Suitable for CIP (cleaning in place) and ATEX (zone 0) certification for 360° coverage.
