EmiControls V12so

The EmiControls V12so odor control turbine has been specially developed for odor control. The nozzles produce a fine water mist, which is distributed over a wide area by means of a turbine. A dosing system adds substances to the mix that can neutralize unpleasant odors. Unpleasant odors emanating from a large-scale area can be dealt with using the turbine’s throwing distance of up to 50 meters. Operating costs are extremely low compared to other solutions available on the market such as biofilters, scrubbers or extraction systems.

Odors are neutralized through the introduction of minute amounts of chemicals that combine with the odor molecules and bring them to the ground where they decompose.
The V12so consumes very little water and is not only very efficient in use, but – at 60 dbA – also very quiet. It can also be used very effectively in enclosed spaces to control dust.

The EmiControls V12so odor control turbine can be used in all areas that suffer from unpleasant odors, for example on recycling sites, composting plants, in the food sector, in water treatment plants or at landfills. The V12so is also very suitable for dust control in enclosed areas such as halls, recycling plants or wells.
