EXAIR nozzle (Line Vac)
Pneumatic transport with the EXAIR nozzle (Line Vac) for the easy transport of powders, granules, tablets, etc. through a hose or pipe. With compressed air, a venturi effect is created in the nozzle, creating a vacuum on one side and overpressure on the other. Available in many sizes and designs.
EXAIR vacuum gun (Vac-u-Gun)
Vacuum by hand without using a vacuum cleaner with the EXAIR vacuum gun (Vac-u-Gun). Small vacuum jobs for cleaning the workbench or hard-to-reach places require only compressed air. The dust bag can be mounted directly on the suction gun or connected with a hose. The vacuum gun can be converted into a blow gun in one easy step. Also available in a version to thoroughly suck cavities (bored holes) clean.
EXAIR chip vacuum cleaners
EXAIR Chip Vac, Chip Trapper and EasySwitch chip vacuum cleaners are industrial vacuum cleaners operating on compressed air. No wear-inducing combustion engines, no electricity required and available with a reservoir capacity of 20 to 200 liters. The EXAIR Chip Trapper is specially designed for collecting coolant containing machining waste from e.g. a lathe. The solid particles (chip residues) are immediately filtered out of the liquid so that the coolant can be reused. The new EXAIR EasySwitch model facilitates switching between wet and dry suction.
EXAIR reversible drum pump
For collecting and/or pump off liquids without a pump (including solid matter), look no further than the EXAIR reversible drum pump (Reversible DrumVac). Filling up or blowing out a 200-liter vessel in a mere 90 seconds using only compressed air. Highly suitable for industrial environments.
