Product description
The EXAIR Gen4 ionization rods remove the built-up static electricity on paper, foil and plastics. The compact design makes it possible to easily integrate the ionization rods into existing machines. The electrically driven ionization rods are compact and easy to fit in the confined spaces of machines, where the charge is generated They are ideal for surfaces that cannot be disturbed by air currents.
With the help of a 5kV power supply, a cloud of positive and negative electrons is formed, causing the static charge to disappear. Each ionization rod is supplied with a 1.5 meter long, electromagnetically shielded cable.
