MOOG IBC Cleaning (semi-)automatic

The IBC-Clean (semi-)automatic has been specifically developed to provide a robust and highly efficient solution for tank cleaning in demanding industrial environments. The system is entirely constructed from AISI-304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life, even under unfavourable operating conditions.

The high-pressure cleaning system guarantees a complete cleaning of the tank interior and achieves up to 50% savings in water and energy consumption compared to conventional systems. The unit is equipped with a pneumatic system that allows the cleaning head to move automatically up and down, optimising the process and ensuring uniform cleaning. With a cleaning capacity of up to 1,260 litres per hour and a working pressure of up to 200 bar, the system performs a complete cleaning cycle – from tank inlet to tank outlet – in approximately 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the degree of contamination and the operator’s skill.

In addition, the system includes a 24V control cabinet that complies with CE regulations, as well as safety featuressuch as light barriers and protective guards in the loading and unloading area. The installation is also equipped with a hot-water high-pressure unit, capable of generating a pressure of 150 bar with a flow rate of 21 litres per minute, providing a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of industrial cleaning applications.
