Munters DH2500 droplet separator profiles

MUNTERS DH2500 droplet separator profiles, when assembled as a unit, form a vane-type separator for horizontal flow. Especially suitable for installation behind cooling coils. The streamlined profiles ensure low levels of pressure loss combined with high separation efficiency.The profile is available in aluminum and in talcum reinforced PP (PPTV). This makes it suitable for use under a range of operating conditions. MUNTERS DH2500 profiles are supplied in standard lengths of 6 meters or in tailor-made lengths of up to 6 meters. The DH2500 profile is specifically designed for use in air inlets and behind cooling batteries. The profile is suitable for application at face velocities ranging from 2 to 5 m/s under atmospheric operating conditions (a higher gas velocity may occur, e.g., in a vacuum).
