MUNTERS DH4200 droplet separator profiles, when assembled as a unit, form a vane-type separator for horizontal flow. The streamlined profiles with multiple bends ensure high liquid loads combined with high separation efficiencies.MUNTERS DH4200 droplet separator profiles are supplied in standard lengths of 6 meters or in tailor-made lengths of up to 6 meters. The DH4200 profile is specifically designed for use in air inlets and behind spray humidifiers. The profile is suitable for application at face velocities ranging from 1 to 4 m/s under atmospheric operating conditions (a higher gas velocity may occur, e.g., in a vacuum).
