Product description
The TURBO self-rotating tank cleaning nozzles are made entirely from PTFE and are therefore highly resistant to corrosion and chemicals.
This makes them suitable for Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems in sectors such as the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
The nozzle rotates under fluid pressure. At an inlet pressure of 1.5–2.5 bar, the Turbo tank cleaning nozzles deliver the highest cleaning power.
Above 3.5 bar, the nozzles rotate too quickly, causing the cleaning power to decrease. The maximum pressure is 4 bar.
The maximum operating temperature is 100°C; the maximum permissible temperature is 220°C.
Available with internal BSP or NPT thread, 270º upwards (C), 270º downwards (D) or 360º (E) spray angle, and with a fixed or removable rotating head.
