EmiControls dust control with water atomization:

Concrete plants are partnering with Spraybest and investing in EmiControls dust control systems for better environmental protection and working conditions.

With a focus on environmental protection and significantly improving the working conditions of their employees, several concrete plants have decided to collaborate with Spraybest and invest in an efficient and advanced dust control system: EmiControls. EmiControls develops both mobile and stationary solutions for dust control using sophisticated water misting.

Why EmiControls Dust Control?

The concrete plants had specific requirements for the dust control system: it needed to efficiently suppress dust, regardless of temperature throughout the year, cause minimal noise pollution, and preferably function automatically. Fortunately, EmiControls perfectly meets these requirements.

When combating dust, fine water droplets are combined with dust particles, which are then brought to the ground without forming puddles. To optimally control dust, precise distribution of water droplets is essential. EmiControls' innovative system ensures effective dust reduction and contributes to a cleaner and safer working environment.

Dust Control in Outdoor Areas

A concrete plant has used the EmiControls V22 to shield surrounding businesses from dust. The machine has a range of up to 90 meters and can operate at temperatures as low as -10°C thanks to its integrated heating function.

Another concrete plant has purchased two V12 dust controllers with a range of up to 65 meters to effectively suppress dust in outdoor storage areas. The CURT management software ensures that the machines operate automatically on hot days and can also enable manual control.

These measures have resulted in satisfied neighbors and truck drivers who no longer have to work in a cloud of dust while unloading their materials.

Dust Control in Indoor Areas

At a construction company, a stationary dust suppression system was installed along the ceiling. The spray heads create a fine water mist with a minimal amount of water, effectively settling the dust. This has significantly improved the air quality in the hall and positively impacted the working conditions of the employees.
